Sapphire Pattaya

Pattaya, Thailand – Popular Tourist Destinations By Brooke Harris.  Sapphire Pattaya:

Pattaya is a city within Thailand that is located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. The city is a heavily industrialized zone with a population of over one hundred thousand, as of 2007. There are many great places to visit within the city of Pattaya, some of which are listed below.
  • Flight of the Gibbon is a very popular attraction that allows its visitors to “fly” through the rainforest canopy with a zip-line. This state-of-the-art, very safe, zip-line includes 26 platforms and is 26 kilometers, or about 16 miles long. It is the longest zip-line in Thailand and is located between a wildlife sanctuary and an open safari.
  • Thai Sky Adventures is a skydiving drop-zone and the only full time on in Southeast Asia. The drop-zone has been open since November of 2009 and it includes beautiful weather and views of the sea all year round.
  • The Seafari Dive Center is the first scuba diving center that opened up in Pattaya more than 35 years ago and is actively serving scuba divers from all around the world.
  • The Pattaya Bungy Jump is another must see attraction in which you jump from sixty meters, or about 196 feet.
  • The sixty year old Khao Kheow Open Zoo is a 2,000 acre zoo and wildlife sanctuary that includes animal habitats, a research area, and a public recreation area as well.
  • Another point of interest is the Sanctuary of Truth that is meant to exemplify various artists and philosophers within Thailand.
These are just a few of the many attractions within Thailand. A few others include the Elephant Village, Sapphire Pattaya, Happy Home Thai Cooking School, Koh Laan Island, the Pattaya Beach, and the Pattaya Floating Market. Pattaya, Thailand is an amazing place to visit within Thailand and it will definitely be worth the stay if you visit some of the more priminent attractions within the city.
